For over 25 years, we have been fascinated by what makes people ‘psychologically strong and healthy’. Hence came The Little Book of Resilience.
Following that curiosity, we have observed, listened to, read about and engaged with some very ‘sorted’ human beings.
By modelling the behaviours, qualities, characteristics and thought processes of many of these wonderful human beings, we have developed a range of ideas, models, tools, tips and techniques to help others remain strong when life and work gets tough.
