Recorded as part of Melody’s Research Dissertation testing how NLP improves Self-esteem and Well-being. Includes two full exercises, Swish and Change Belief techniques.
This audio is taken from a workshop Melody ran as part of her research for her MSc in Applied Positive Psychology. She was exploring evidence that NLP can improve self esteem and well-being. In May 2019 she was nominated for an award at the NLP Awards and was short listed.
