If you are interested in what makes people tick Transactional Analysis is a great way to find out. By attending this training you will:
- If you are new to coaching this is a powerful introduction to how you can make a difference.
- Increase your self-awareness and have more understanding about yourself.
- Have a greater insight into what motivates behaviour in others.
- Have some great tools to improve your interpersonal relationships.
- If you are a Coach you will be able to apply Transactional Analysis as an approach in your practice.
- You will have gained 250 Credits towards an Association for Coaching Accredited Diploma: Psychological Approaches to Coaching.
The training is taught via Zoom allowing you to train in the comfort of your own home where ever you may be. The training is kept interesting and lively with lots of practice sessions and exercises. Students on our training often say how surprised they were with the amount of fun they had. Group sizes vary between 4 and 16 maximum meaning you will always get plenty of personal support.
This workshop is part of the fully Accredited Diploma in Coaching. The Diploma is very flexible so you can dip in an out of it over a time scale that works for you collecting credits as you go.
Your Trainer will be Melody Cheal, MSc Applied Positive Psychology. Melody trained in Transactional Analysis with top Organisational TA Trainer, Julie Hay for over six years. During that time she was a founder member of IDTA and it’s Financial Director.
